The best startups and scaleups will receive cash prizes, access to Santander X 100, and the opportunity to pitch to Microsoft’s Venture Capital Fund (M12).
Additionally, the winning companies will travel to Silicon Valley for the Awards Ceremony on June 29, where they will get promotion and visibility, network with industry experts and investors.

Technology-based startups and scaleups from 11 countries, with disruptive and innovative AI-powered solutions.
Startups category
Legally incorporated in one of the participating countries, meeting at least one of the following criteria: annual income that does not exceed $300,000, with capital raised between $100,000 to $1 million, or between 2 and 25 fulltime employees.
Scaleups category
Legally incorporated for at least two years in one of the participating countries, meeting at least one of the following criteria: annual income over $300,000, more than $1 million capital raised, or over 25 fulltime employees.
On June 29th, the six winners of the Santander X Global Challenge | The AI Revolution were announced. This global challenge was driven in collaboration with Microsoft and the Oxentia Foundation, and more than 540 startups and scaleups from 11 countries participated.
After the ceremony, which took place at Microsoft's campus in Silicon Valley (USA), the winners will receive a total of 120,000 euros in prizes and access to #SantanderX100. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to present their projects to M12, Microsoft's Venture Capital, and access to #OpenAI APIs upon the company's approval.
The winning teams will receive a host of benefits to help them continue developing their solutions. These benefits include a cash prize, mentoring by Microsoft AI experts, as well as membership to Santander X 100, the prime community of Santander X's most promising ventures, and they will travel to Silicon Valley for the Awards Ceremony.
Additionally, the winning teams will receive recognition and promotion through Microsoft and Santander's media channels.
Invitation to one team member per winning team to the Awards Ceremony at Silicon Valley. The invitation includes travel, accommodation and local transportation expenses.
