About the course

Learn what the business model is like for your startup. With this course you can train yourself in basic concepts of finance, very different from those of traditional companies, and practical cases of real startups with the solutions to the problems that were found.

What will you learn

  1. Learn about the business models of a startup and the Lean Startup method, a methodology based on launching a minimum viable product on the market to test its viability.
  2. Learn about scalability, unit economics - detailed analysis of costs and revenues per service - and healthy financial statements - accounting balance sheet and profit and loss (P&L) -. ​
  3. Discover the Saas (Software as a service) model and how to analyze performance indicators or KPIs. ​
  4. Learn to analyze cohorts and associated metrics. ​
